Everything you need to know about using the Aquifert One platform
Access and Navigation
How to sign in
- Open the Aquifert login page at
/one/login/. - Enter your username/email and password.
- After sign-in, non-admin members are directed into the Hub.
Admin accounts are redirected to wp-admin after login. Use /one/forgot-password/ to reset your password.
Main navigation
The left sidebar contains links to every area of Aquifert One. Click any item to navigate. Use the chevron button to collapse the sidebar for more workspace.
Your available areas depend on your subscription. Core, Growth, Enterprise, and Administrator accounts may see different access states.
Home / One
The Hub is the main working dashboard. It combines live team intelligence, market sentiment, freight enquiries, commentary, and the inline Aquibot panel.
How to use it
- Click Home in the sidebar.
- Read the Telex feed on the left for recent team intelligence.
- Review Market Indicators and Freight Analytics on the right.
- Use the Aquibot panel on the far right when you need a market intelligence assistant.
Refreshing content
The Telex feed checks periodically for updates and loads more items as you scroll. Other widgets reflect the latest published data from Aquifert admins.
Telex Intel Feed
Telex is a chronological feed of short intelligence updates. Items may include text, images, times, dates, and topic tags.
How to use it
- Open Home.
- Find the Telex Intel Feed panel on the left.
- Scroll through the feed to read recent messages.
- Newer entries load automatically near the bottom when available.
- The timestamp shows when the feed last changed.
Market Indicators
Market Indicators summarise current sentiment for nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium. Each gauge is managed by Aquifert admins.
How to read the gauges
- Bearish — weaker sentiment or downward pressure.
- Neutral — balanced or mixed sentiment.
- Bullish — stronger sentiment or upward pressure.
Commentary
If the Aquifert team has added notes, they appear below the gauges under Commentary.
Freight Analytics
The Hub Freight Analytics table shows currently visible open freight enquiries with account, product, quantity, origin, destination, and laycan.
How to use it
- Open Home.
- Find Freight Analytics — Open Freight Enquiries.
- Review route details and quantities.
- Read the Freight Analytics Commentary block when available.
If no active freight fixtures are visible, the table shows an empty-state message.
Inline Aquibot Panel
Aquibot is the market intelligence assistant embedded into the Home, Vantage, and Academy layouts. It can answer questions using recent Telex updates, market indicators, freight information, and the Academy knowledge base.
Starting a chat
- Open Home, Vantage, or Academy.
- Use the Aquibot panel on the right side of the page.
- Type your question into the chat input and submit.
- Wait for Aquibot’s reply.
Usage limits
Your account may have a monthly message limit depending on your subscription role. Enterprise and administrator accounts may be unlimited.
Access locked state
If your subscription does not include Aquibot, the panel shows a locked message with an upgrade or contact option.
Voyage
Voyage is the advanced analytics area. When your account includes Voyage access, the page loads the Voyage analytics view.
How to open Voyage
- Click Voyage in the sidebar.
- If you have access, use the analytics view shown on the page.
- If you do not have access, you remain on the Voyage page and see an upgrade or locked state.
Voyage access is available to Growth, Enterprise, and Administrator accounts unless your site uses custom access rules.
Freight Calculator
The Freight Calculator estimates dry bulk freight rates using selected load and discharge ports, cargo quantity, market condition, editable port costs, VLSFO bunker pricing, and route assumptions.
How to use it
- Click Freight Calculator in the sidebar.
- Select a load port and discharge port from the autocomplete fields.
- Choose the cargo type, cargo quantity, and market condition.
- Adjust port costs, agency, and extra port days if needed.
- Click Calculate Freight Rate to view the rate breakdown.
Core, Growth, Enterprise, and Administrator accounts can access the Freight Calculator under the current role mapping.
Vantage
Vantage combines the document library with Direct Hedge table snapshots — for finding resources and reviewing current or historical hedge data.
Document Library
- Click Vantage in the sidebar.
- Use the search field to find files by title or collection.
- Use the collection dropdown to filter the library.
- Free files open normally. Paid files show a lock badge and purchase button.
- After purchase, the same file link streams the protected file.
Direct Hedge table
- Scroll to the Direct Hedge panel on Vantage.
- Use the View day selector to load a different snapshot.
- Read any market narrative above the table.
- Review bid/ask rows by period, commodity, and section.
Aquibot History
The Aquibot page shows your chat history and monthly usage status. Use it to review past sessions.
How to review sessions
- Click Aquibot in the sidebar.
- Check the usage summary at the top of the page.
- Select a session from Past Sessions.
- Read the conversation in the detail panel.
- Use Previous and Next to move through pages.
If your account does not include Aquibot access, the page shows an access-required message.
Academy
Academy is an interactive learning zone covering global fertilizer trade. It features a world map with production terminals, a cost calculator, production chain guides, and a glossary.
Tabs
- World Map — Explore ammonia terminals, urea exporters, phosphate producers, and potash mines with layer toggles and cost curves.
- Cost Calculator — Adjust feedstock prices (gas, rock, sulphur) and see instant cost impacts across the product chain.
- How It’s Made — Interactive production chain diagrams from raw material to finished fertilizer.
- Glossary — Key terms explained.
Academy is a Beta feature. Commentary from the Aquifert team appears below the tabs when published.
Contact Us
The Contact Us page provides three ways to reach Aquifert.
- Click Contact Us in the sidebar.
- Click Start WhatsApp.
- Your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled support message.
Schedule a meeting
- Click Schedule a meeting.
- Choose a Calendly time slot in the modal.
- Close the modal when finished.
Send a message
- Click Open contact form.
- Complete the form fields.
- Submit the form.
Account
The Account area surfaces your account tools inside the Aquifert One shell.
Available account pages

Logging out
Use Log out at the bottom of the sidebar. Logout returns you to the login page. Forgot-password and reset-password flows stay outside the Hub on the normal login pages.
Order Desk
Order Desk is where you submit pricing and availability requests to the Aquifert trading desk.
How to submit an enquiry
- Click Order Desk in the sidebar.
- Complete the enquiry form with product, quantity, and delivery details.
- Submit the form. The Aquifert trading desk will respond with a quote.
You can also register interest without a specific quantity using the zero-interest option.
Troubleshooting
I cannot access a page
- Confirm you are logged in.
- Check whether your subscription includes the page (Voyage requires Growth or Enterprise).
- Contact Aquifert support if you believe your subscription is incorrect.
Content looks out of date
- Refresh the page.
- For Telex, wait for the feed refresh cycle or scroll to trigger loading more content.
- Admins must publish updated data before members can see it.
Aquibot is not replying
- Check whether you have reached your monthly message limit.
- Try refreshing the page and submitting again.
- Contact support if the issue continues.
